Storyteller, husband & father, and the person who'll spend more time with you on your wedding day than almost anyone else.
Choosing your photographer should be about more than liking their photographs.
I want you to enjoy your wedding. Not spend half the day disappearing for portraits, being endlessly posed, or worrying about whether everything looks perfect.
My job is to know when to step in and create something beautiful, and when to get out of the way and let life happen. The laughter, the nerves, your people being themselves, and all the wonderfully ridiculous things you couldn't have planned if you tried.
Because those are usually the photographs that mean the most when the day is over.
your story comes first
Your wedding isn't content for my business. I'm not arriving with photographs I need for Instagram or a shot list designed around my portfolio. I'm there to tell your unique story, the beautiful, emotional, ridiculous and completely unplanned parts of it.
you're never just a number
I deliberately photograph only a small number of weddings each year. It means I have the time to get to know you, help when you need me, and genuinely care about what you're planning. Fewer weddings means I get to give more of myself to telling your story.
you don't have to be a pro
Almost nobody I photograph knows what they're doing in front of a camera, and that's completely fine. I'll give you direction when you need it, help you look your best, then give you enough space to stop thinking about the camera and enjoy yourselves in the moment.
